See The Quincy Floorplan Clearly With Todd Holsman Of EDGEhomes
Welcome to our Talus Ridge Community here in Saratoga Springs. This is our Quincy Floorplan and I’d love to take you through and show you some of thing myself and our buyers love about this floorpan. I want to walk you through 3 or 4 things in Quincy Model. We’ll start in the kitchen. You can see a great big expansive kitchen. A couple things I really like in the kitchen the full height uppers with some extended cabinets on top. We’ve done a 9 foot ceiling to allow those additional cabinet. Another great feature in this kitchen is the double sized island which is great for work space, cooking, Thanksgiving or Christmas dinners or even having play-doh out with the kids. It gives you all kind of room. Another thing I like about the island is the fact that I can push the barstools underneath and have that space and get the barstools out of the way. The second thing I really like about the quincy is the great room. As you can see huge great room, tall ceilings that allow for double stacked windows lets in a great amount of natural light. Just a great area for entertaining. The next thing I like about the Quincy model is the bedrooms and the sizes of the bedrooms. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms 2 of the 3 have walk in closest. And the bedrooms are nice and oversized. you can start with a baby in a crib and grow from there as your kids grow. Another thing I’d like to mention about the Quincy floorplan is about how our buyers continually come back and talk to us about what good functionality this floorplan has and how it flows and that it’s great for their family. So you can start with the Quincy floorpan here at EDGEhomes and we’ll also let you customize it so we can make it that perfect dream home for you and we can help you See Clearly through the whole building process here at EDGEhomes. I look forward to seeing you out here at Talus Ridge.
