The property and landscape are good, but some of the basic house design is completely wrong. The windows are horrible, when a house has these views you must always have low/floor windows for the best possible view advantages; especially on the second floor. The fireplace in the kitchen is too big for the space. A fireplace must compliment the space of the room and this one does not at all. The horrid black marble belongs in a tacky factory not a kitchen like this. The kitchen island is too big and crowds the room. The woodwork throughout the house is not consistent from one from to the other. Never,..put sliding glass doors in a house; it’s either french doors or nothing. Very tacky ! All woodwork, wood compliment must be done by a master carpenter and have a flow throughout the house. If any room in any houses is painted yellow it must be done carefully and planned out with the interior or else NEVER use yellow on a wall. This pale-piss yellow walls is damn ugly. Why does this house have larger art work hanging in a very tight space where the viewer of the art can not stand back and see/appreciate the artwork as it was meant to be my the artist? The only room in the house that got it right was the small bathroom upstairs. It always surprises me how a person can buy a house like this with so much potential and have ZERO sense of interior design sense. Still this house, with much money to fix and repair all the design flaws can be gorgeous and with views, and land like this this house would be a good home.
